Children from 7 years and ladies should choose size M, men size L.

In case of doubt, you should choose the larger version, as the mask can be fitted exactly thanks to the individually adjustable ear loops.

Dimensions of the face mask Pro:

S: 13 x 16 x 0,5 cm

M: 14 x 17 x 0,5 cm

L: 15 x 18 x 0,5 cm

The mask should be carefully washed after about 7 days under cold water (below 40 degrees). If the mask is dirty, use a little mild soap when washing.  Do not wring out the mask or put it in the dryer afterwards, just hang it up and let it dry in the shade.

Due to the Livinguard technology, it is not necessary to disinfect the mask in any other way (microwave, oven, dry-cleaning), which would damage the coating.

The big difference between FFP2 masks and masks treated with Livinguard technology is in the way they work. FFP2 masks only filter, while Livinguard technology destroys the Sars CoV 2 viruses, making them harmless. While cross-contamination is also prevented, this is not guaranteed with FFP 2 masks.

In the case of masks with a filter, the breathing air is directed through the valve to the outside, which can lead to restrictions on use in the aircraft or similar.

The face mask Pro is CE-certified as a medical device of risk class 1, according to EN 14683:2019. The effectiveness of the Livinguard material used has been proven in studies against SARS-CoV-2 and other influenza viruses (RWTH Aachen University / FU Berlin).

The “Face Mask Street” is not a medical device.

The Pro and Street face masks have a lifetime of 210 days from the first use. The Livinguard – fabric – technology maintains its antiviral effect when washed weekly for about 30 washes. Unfortunately, fewer washes will not extend the life of the mask.

Face masks are highly sensitive hygiene products, so unfortunately it is not possible to exchange or return them after opening the original packaging.

No, self-sewn masks do not have the antiviral Livinguard technology and therefore cannot destroy the virus on impact. The silver ions or similar technologies can cause health problems when inhaled because zinc or copper can dissolve from the materials.

The goods can be returned or cancelled within the cancellation period as long as the goods are unopened and in their original packaging. Opened packages, or tried on / used goods can not be returned because the masks are highly sensitive hygiene products.

The face mask “Street” consists of 2 layers. Both layers are made of 100% cotton, treated with the antiviral and antibacterial Livinguard technology.

The face mask “Pro” consists of 3 layers. The outer layers are made of 100% cotton, treated with the antiviral and antibacterial Livinguard technology. The middle layer is made of 100% polypropylene for bacterial filtration >95% according to EN 14683.

With the Fitness Mask, the charge is much higher than with the Street and Pro masks. While the Street and Pro masks have 24 billion charges per sq cm with the treated cotton layers, the microfiber fabric of the Fitness Mask offers 150 billion positive charges per sq cm. (see Technology)
